Subscription and Recurring Purchases

THE7LETTER may offer subscription-based memberships and other recurring purchase options. The terms of each subscription, including its price, billing frequency, and included benefits, will be disclosed before purchase.

Membership Cancellation

Customers may cancel their membership at any time before their next scheduled renewal to prevent future recurring charges.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, membership access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits, including access to exclusive merchandise and early release opportunities, are available only while the membership is active and eligible.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel separately placed merchandise orders. Merchandise purchases remain subject to our published shipping and refund policies.

Billing Changes

Any changes to subscription pricing or billing terms will be communicated as required by applicable law. Changes requiring customer consent will not take effect without that consent.
